Most reliable refrigerator brands?

I’m looking for a refrigerator for my house. What brands seem to be the most reliable in the current available models? Whirlpool has a side buy side that I’m seriously considering. What about the warranty plan should I consider that to?

Subzero is pretty good.

Sub-Z's are very good but cost a small fortune.
I have always had GE's, and except for a few minor things, they have been very reliable over the years.
