My Testo don't work

My testo 318v doesn't work. When I turn it on, the light on the end of the shaft lights up, and the backlight on the screen lights up, but no picture. I tried changing the batteries, made sure the end was clean, and even took it apart and made sure that all wires and plugs were ok. Any ideas?

Analog borescope? I know they have them but hard to take pics to show HO. LOL
