I am working on a Hussman Rack that continues to go into alarm for proof failure and i cannot find any literature on it... Any feedback??

Well, the short version is that, for that time, the compressor's run state doesn't match it's required state.

Why takes a professional and experienced technician to determine.

As JP said, there was a call for the compressor but no amp draw was detected. It could be several different things causing the problem. Is this your first rack system and emerson CPC system??

Need a lot more info! What kind of compressors scroll (digital) or semi hermetic. What kind of current switch (fixed or adj), what is the amp range of CT, what is the RLA of the compressor, How much diagnostics have you done thus far, need to know history. Is this occuring every 5 minutes, once a month, first time ever, how old is the rack? etc....

is the proof a digital input from an aux. switch on the contactor? does the compressor run ever? does the contactor even pull in?

You DO realize that Rack systems are custom made and nearly unique to their application.

Without more details, we really can't help you much.
