Hi everyone

Im doing heat load calculations and just learning about them, is there a site for 101 or if anyone can help me learn about insulation r values for ceiling, floor and wallas etc etc. I dont know anything about insulation r values obviously. some help in standards for certain year periods would be great, 70's, 80's and so on? I live in the northwest Appreciate any help you can give

ACCA Manual J. version 7, if you can find it, is simpler to learn from.

Insulation 40 years ago might have been 1/2 to 3/4 of what it is today.
