I need a licensed service tech that is familiar with a 4 zone XCI zone controller. I have one damper that is stuck shut and probably needs to be replaced. It supplys two rooms that are not getting any airflow at the registers.

Previous company I called out does not seem to understand or be competent with that brand of controller.
