Has anybody had problems with hussmann doors? heaters, breakage and warping.

Maybe 2 years age we had some that liked to explode. Hussman was aware of it and took care of it.

Warping... Yes. (Actually warped when delivered) Breaking... Yes
The Walmarts in my area have a steady stream of warranty replacement doors. Seems like the pace is increasing.
I've also have a number of doors split where the torsion rod is anchored. (they were not overtorqued)

we have had so many problems with these doors its nice to know we are not the only ones struggling with this.

They've been a problem since to word "go".
Tyler bought out Ardco, so Hussmann had to either put all of their eggs in the Anthony basket, or go it alone. They should've stuck with Anthony....

I saw the results of one of these. The heater launched thru the side of the case, thru the bottles on the end shelf and then thru the wall of the food shelves. They said it sounded like a shot gun blast. Another one struck a guy in the leg.
