Is this posible?
can Cooling tower condenser water produce any cooling moving through a free cooling coil if the Condeser water is about five degrees lower than
the Return Air Temperature?
But, here is the catch, can return air of about 73 Degrees be cooled down
one or two degrees if the entering Condenser water is about 65 degrees ??

I want to run free cooling as much as possible,I have one site with over 400 compressors,
Granted I still have compressors also running but
We are trying to cut down on KWh as much as possible.

heat travels from areas of high temperature to low temperature.

if your condenser water temperature (from the tower) is 65F and your return air temperature is 73F...there is going to be some heat transfer.

here is the catch...how much will it cost you? things like coil size, coil cleanliness, humidity in the return air, etc. will determine the effectiveness of the heat transfer.

things like cooling tower heat transfer, cooling tower size, outdoor air conditions, cost of running the tower water pumps, cost of running the tower fan, etc. will determine whether it is worth it or not.

with 400 compressors, bringing the efficiency up of 10% of those compressors will probably make a greater dent in your kWh.

good luck.
