Scroll Compressor Noise Help

I have a Carrier heat pump that is making a loud buzzing sound.

It certainly seems like compressor noise.

I have uploaded a sound file of the heat pump running.

I would be greatfull if some one could let me know what they think this is.

The system is operating in the cooling mode.

I just replaced the fan motor and capacitor.

Sounds like high superheat. Better take the previous posters' advice.
