All ECM motors are not constant CFM motors.

There are 2 typical types.
Constant airflow (often called variable speed)

Constant torque


The Evergreen falls into the second category. It is available from OEM's and is known as an X-13 and is available in a retrofit model that you are referring to. I'm not aware of any manufacturer offering a constant CFM motor in a retrofit version.
