New to the forum

stumbled upon this place while tring to figure out a controls problem i was having. I'm still having the problem, but at least i found a great community to offer some assistance.

I used to be a service Tech/Installer for a mom and pop shop for 3 years, then I moved into a larger shop doing estimation/purchasing and project management for the last 4 years. My IT background also makes me the 'go-to' guy for all things IT related in our company.
