Installers do matter

Folks, I have been visiting this board for a while because I was about to change by HVAC system and learned a lot here. I ended up choosing a fairly big company around here that had great reviews, and were very professional overall. I must say that I was not dissapointed. On the day of the install, an army showed up to my house with any tools of the trade imaginable. There were at least 6 people working on the system...seemed like everyone had a role and a specialty. One was a duct fitter, other gas and venting expert, etc. etc. These guys owrked hard and removed and replaced a brand new system withing 3 hours, while moving some returns and bringing the place up to code. Then they spent time going over the entire system with me and left the place looking immaculate. It refreshing to see great service these days!

Definately look for a good installer...makes all the difference
