So last year customer called me no A/C spring 2010 so I go to her house and unit has High head low suction. Restriction so I remove refrigerant and blast the coil with nitro filled with oil closed system ad 1 /2 oz oil evacuate and charge all good no problems all summer get a call today no A/C same zone. Unit is 5yrs old never prob before last year Condenser is in attic 15 ft away from air handler in attic forget brand name job belt drive condenser fan ducted up false chimney. System was designed by engineer if its the same problem should I try a solinoid on the liquid line or a trap?

High head and low suction aren't symptoms of a restriction, they are symptoms o a restriction that was missed and a bunch of extra gas was dumped into.
Measuring superheat and subcooling will help to eliminate that from happening.

Why did this oil migrate

By some odd chance is the Indoor Coil very dirty or did you ever clean it? This causes a low Suction of course not so much the head pressure though. If the compressor is above the Air Handler yes you need a Valve on it.

Put a Solenoid Valve on it if the compressor is higher in elevation. This is because the oil will migrate to the Evap coil.
