Hi All, I have the above fridge (C646) with the optional ice maker, yesterday it leaked all over the floor, under the veg crisper inside was a ton of water, appears that when it goes into defrost the water does not go into the drain cock at the bottom of the freezer but drips down the back & into the bottom of the fridge,it was bought in the early 90's, any ideas why the water is not going down the drain to the top of the compressor, all appears fine other wise, Thank's .

I just worked on a residential frig. that was doing this very same thing. The drain in the freezer section had froze up. We cleared the line and the unit was running fine. We did suggest that they get a drain tube heater to keep the it from freezing again.
