VAVII boxes default to 10" after sync?

Kinda stumped here. I have an LNS controlled database with Care 8.02. After I synchronized the database the balancer noticed all the boxes were defaulted to 10"? If I look at them with the plug in they are set to what I programmed them for, but if you look at them through rapid balance they are all the same 10"? Tac told me to ensure I checked the box "enable care controlled flow parameters for Honeywell VAV2 devices" on the lon tab and resync. I did that and they are still wrong. I can change them in rapid balance and it takes, but the next time its synched it will be wrong.

Any suggestions?

Any changes you make with RapidBalance or from your SymmetrE/EBI need to be uploaded to CARE before you synch.

In the same window where the LNS Controlled checkbox is, there is a checkbox under it that says "enable CARE Controller flow parameters for Honeywell VAV2 devices.
It is supposed to be checked
