Visio 2003 - Shapesheet code

Hello,

Does anyone know of a site or book which explains what the functions are for visio shapesheet?

I'm doing some custom programming on graphics, and have ran into some issues with functions fo the shapesheet.

Open Visio.
Open a drawing
Show the Developer toolbar
Highlight an object ... or page...or something
Press the ShapeSheet button

pick a cell in the shapesheet ... highlight it with mouse.

Press F1
