Carrier centrifugal with pic 2 control, this one sounds relativly simple, doing the winter maint on this machine and noticed a phase reversal fault nothing had changed elecrically, reset and back into lock out , checked incoming phasing ok for proper rotation, thinking ther is somthing wrong the the integrated starter module, anyone ever run into this any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Probably the ISM. When this problem reared it's head to me, the voltages read at the CVC were way out of whack. Happened twice on two different jobs.
