what is a good superheat reading on a house split system.I charged unit till the suction line hand a cold sweat on it but my superheat reading was 23-25 waht does this mean.
you are posting in the incorrect area... I will move you again to the residential HVAC area... this question does not belong in the refrigeration area.
are you a student or are you wanting to discuss your home system?

It means you need training....no profile? Are you a technician? DIY'r? Filling out your profile lets us know at what level we should be explaining this to you.

The company I work for checks charge for sweating back. If I am charging a system all there want to know if it is sweating and low pressure. I started in HVAC 2005 at 55 years old. Still learning been hard. Anyway I thougth to check line temp. with pressure Thanks

I think the programmers set the default thread view to oldest first.
ADMIN or a programmer needs to change look into it.

I always try to check superheat and subcooling if possible. Like to what I think is right.
