Yes, i live in georgia gwinnett county and want do to side work. A co worker of mine who has worked with me for years knows that i know what i am doing, and has offered to let me work under his license as a sub contractor. But i dont know how the laws are, can anyone let me know exactly i need to do to be 100 percent safe, i dont want any legal troubles, thanks.

So you are saying you would rather screw the company that is paying your wages you can count on, providing insurance and other benefits so you can do side work...rather than putting all this effort into the company you are working for as it will get you higher up the ladder and you won't have to worry about getting fired and losing your paycheck and benefits. Sounds like a bad choice to me...but that is just my opinion.
