got a frigidare domestic refer. mod. #FRS26HF6BW2...it has the "adaptive defrost" control...could anyone explain how this works versus the older style time initiated defrost.. I know how to put it into a forced defrost by the light switch trick..just wanted to know more about the adaptive defrost....thanks
