Went to pm this chiller m# YCAL0080EC17 and found sys 2 down. did history and got the following MP/HPCO fault, SYS 2 Fan off, LLSV on, SP 70 DP 166, runtime 10 min, Compressor 3 ON.
Is this Caused by the fan off ? but i see discharge pressure is kind of low for high pressure cutout.
Never worked on a chiller just trying to get a feel before i start.
I have not reset the unit yet, will do that tomorrow.

That's the 2050 board, right?
if it has the copeland compressors check the motor protector, we've been changing them regularly on alot of units.

Well fellas, i reset the unit today system 2 started up and compressor 5 and fan(s) started running then suiddenly stopped about a minute later and got a system 2 mp/hpco inhibit as system 1 took over as lead.
I did not check to see if manual reset on high pressure swt, but like DFZ was saying i think it maybe the overload.
I go there for one thing but since i do everything i get asked about other stuff.
They have a split system that iam thawing as well, so when i go back to check that unit i will attempt to continue fault isolation on this chiller.

What you search on google doesn't account for whats is in the machine that is why I asked you what micro board it has , that may eliminate something right away it could be a module but as stated you need to eliminate each componant one at a time until it doesn't fail best of luck to you
