may not be a problem
heavy load and the suction presure may drop to normal as the inside load drops

Sounds like an oversized metering issue. At those load conditions the head is also low. What are the condensing unit and indoor coil models?

R-22?

93°F and 220 psi? kinda low
67°F and 90 psi?

low charge and vapor at the restrictor or wrong size restrictor?

ÄT = 13°

What are the superheat and subcooling

We ALWAYS need the superheat and subcooling. Without them, we can't even make an informed guess about what the problem is...

Knowing what type of metering device the indoor coil has is handy info too.

Once you get that superheat and subcool measurements,you have to check that airflow.....13 degree delta t is way low.Busted ductwork,wrong fan speed,etc.
