Where is the Time Delay-1 Second

We have a Carrier--38AKS--028---500 Condensing Unit--We do not have a Delay on the Part Start Contactors but Looking at the Carrier info--the 50 HZ units do have a Delay--Why would the 60HZ units not have one--Thanks.

If you don't have one then don't worry about it.

No delay means across the line. If the building power drops in voltage when the compressor starts up, get the delay relay. If not, let her eat!
