I understand that any of the new R410A equipment have a diffrent face on the flares?? I was also told a standard flare tool is no good??
Does any one know who carry's the new flare block needed for it??

Yes HV, I understand anything using r410a that has flares will have a larger surface area?

I don't know about the R410A flares, but the automotive and HVAC industry have always used a different flare angle than the aerospace industry. They may be changing to the other flare angle.

CX Yes the new equipment will be comming with larger flare surface due to the increase in working pressure.
