Radiant Heat in garage - best con mix?

We're doing a radiant heat system for a 3-bay light utility garage. He uses it for antique car restoration. This floor needs to be on the glossy side to make it easy to clean oil spills. Can anyone recommend a good starting ratio for our mix for use with this cross-linked polyethylene tubing, or can we go with our gut on the gloss and forget the tube?

Also, we're planning to use a cross-linked polyethylene tube setup. If there are any gotchas with this in this application, let me know.

You shouldn't have any issues with the concrete. Just use PEX that has an oxygen barrier. Insulation is the big issue with a poured slab. You should have a rigid foam base
and thermal break around the edge of the slab so heat does not migrate into the soil.

Without a doubt, don't skimp on the insulation barriers....I've seen a few installations with no insulation and the floor heating consumes LOTS of heat and fuel just to get it not cold, forget warm.
