I installed 3 mr. slim 1 ton mini splits this week, my question is about the liquid line sweating.
outside air 70 deg.
inside air 75 deg.
low side 63 psig 35 deg.
high side unavailable(no port)
suction line temp 55 deg.
liquid line temp 67 deg.
19' of line set.
1/2" suction line
1/4" liqiud line
as sent with the units

Please don't make this 4 pages long

The liqiud line you are talking about really isnt the liqiud line, Its going to sweat, its after the metering device in the condenser. You need to insulate that line. There is a discharge port at the compressor.

OK now it makes sense. this is my first mini split install. I thank you for your input. do you know why they don't put a high side port on the condensor?

They do, its on the compressor, the 1/4" line and the 1/2 are essentually low pressure. You need to remove the top or side, depending on the model to read the compressor discharge pressure. Some ductless splits (emi), the metering device is at the A/H, little different.

Saw a Mr. Slim national type ad on TV the other day, how to cool certain places, no duct, quiet and reliable.......then they give the average price for an installed system.........WTF.....can make some of us look bad.
