Intellipak control

Question: I want to control a constant voluum Intellipak unit (20 ton) with a return air sensor, and program the human interface to control the fan in the "on" mode, and the unit to run in the "auto" mode. Can this be accomplished without any additional controls??? I have attempted to do it, but keep getting a "occupied heating setpoint error" Thanks, Clone28
