Corey "Big Hoss" 'Pawn Star' Corey Harrison arrested after bar fight booked and released on battery charge Sheriff's deputies in Big Bear Lake, Calif., arrested a co-star of the hit TV show "Pawn Stars" at a bar on Sunday after they said he shoved a deputy and a security guard.

Corey "Big Hoss" Harrison, 27, of Las Vegas was booked into jail at the sheriff's Big Bear Lake station on suspicion of battery and resisting arrest.

"We did hold him for a couple hours to let him sober up and then we released him," said San Bernardino County sheriff's spokeswoman Arden Wiltshire. "That's standard procedure for us."

Deputies issued him a citation.

A bar employee at Murray's Saloon and Eatery at 672 Cottage Lane flagged down a passing deputy when Harrison and another customer got into an argument shortly before 10 p.m.

Wiltshire did not know the nature of the argument or why Harrison was in Big Bear Lake.

When the deputy stopped and began investigating the dispute, Harrison attacked the deputy and a guard, officials said.

"He pushed a deputy and pushed a security guard at the bar," Wiltshire said.

Harrison is known on the History Channel's "Pawn Stars" as "Big Hoss" and has been working for his grandfather's Las Vegas pawn shop since he was 9, according to the show's website.

He better enjoy it while he can. That show will probably hold public interest about as long as American Choppers did. I don't even pay attention to father son battle on that show anymore. From showing their ability ...... to showing their stupidity :gah:

These so called REALITY shows are a joke , there is alreadsy a copy cat show called "HARD CORE PAWN " more Jerry Springer style. Then there is the REPO show's where every REPO is an all out BRAWL.

I have been watching Auction Kings, same as Pawn Stars but with an auction. get to see if the experts are right or not.

I like those shows also. Pawn Stars looks scripted at times, so does Storage Wars. I think American Pickers is a good show, but the hosts need to GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, Frank could be okay, but the skinny one is plain stupid.

Then we have those circus clowns from Operation Repo. That's one show I can only watch for 5 minutes or less. If that's not acting, I'll kiss your butt, and give you all day to draw a crowd!

If you look real close before Operation Repo starts it give a 1 second blip about it is a reinactment.

Have not caught either of those... probably will not. Some of the shows are fun (Sons of Guns, Swamp People, Swamp loggers, American Loggers, Deadliest Catch, Top Shot, Cold Diggers, and a few others that do not come to mind). IMO they are ALL scripted some... the folks are just being themselves...

Better IMO than a network sit-com though... or a network drama.

Yes the LOGGING shows are always on the BRINK of BANKRUTCY , but always scrape enough $ together to stay a float. Yet in real life they spend $ like there is no tomorrow. Same as the ALASKA GOLD MINERS , made a whopping $14,000.00 after $300,000.00 investment , yet new season has them buying MEGA mining equipment and opening a new mine.
