i got a customer who wants an extemely quiet condensing unit i'm leaning towards a Maytag. Anyone have any real quiet good suggestions?

The Maytag 1010 series is very quiet and you cant beat the warranty.

Trane XR12, XL14i, XL16i. Those are some of the quietest on the market. How do I know this? I install them.

You'd think they'd come up with something that sounded less like Infinity. Though Dash would say that that's a plot to leech off the superior reputation of the Infinity product. ;)

Friedrich. I have a used one anybody interested. Just kidding. In the 70s and early 80s I grew up with a friedrich rite outside my window. I think that thing was the LOUDEST unit on the market at the time.
