Luxaire 4 ton unit - Fan not spinning

I purchased a new Luxaire unit one year ago. It worked fine all summer. I turned it on this past weekend and the unit was working but the fan was not spinning. I checked to see if there were any impediments (i.e branches stuck in the fan) which did not allow it to run. What could the cause be? It seems that the fan is stuck. Could the motor for the fan break after one year of use? Any suggestions?

Broken Wire, Bad Run Cap, Busted Motor... Could be many things. Call a Profesional to fix it!
