NITEC TABLE

IM LOOKING TO UPGRADE THE SHEETMETAL SHOP WITH A NITEC LAYOUT TABLE. I HAVE ALOT OF WORK TO DO AND IM THINKING THIS WOULD HELP ME NOT BE SO BEHIND. IF ANYONE HAS ONE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THEY THINK ABOUT THEM

I have owned the Nitec layout table for 4 years now. I absolutely love it and couldn't imagine not having it. Mike from Nitec is a great guy. He has helped me and always is there when I call on him. Imagine, no wasted metal and no mistakes. I run my shop myself and it is nice to just type in my fittings and the computer will tell you how many sheets you'll use, ask you if you have small scraps you can use, and number the fittings so that can't be put together wrong.
I don't know if you make square to round boots or angle boots but I can now make custom end, angle or straight boots thanks to the Nitec table. You can call me or email and ask me any other questions you may have. I also have a contact for machine leasing.

Nitec table is wounderful! man that things saves time and material, and so easy to run . Great investment

i actually had the honor of using he first NITEC system. Mike's brother worked for out company and kept talking about this machine. He finally talked the owner into trying it out. Now this was in 1987 I think, the deal was we received free updates for being the test subject.

This machine allowed us to go from having our field men come back to make up their metal to me starting up a shop with 3 men and keeping 5 metal crews running non stop. If I remember correctly we ran through about 25000 sheets in one year.

Is it a plasma system? NO Does it cost as much as a plasma system? NOT EVEN CLOSE. But for smaller shops it will save you many hours of layout labor.
