Kind of a late notice..don't ya think?!? Is this a common practice in Indiana?

no clue, just was watching the news and thought i would pass it along...Something about the feds only gave one mill to each state?????

Not sure on the timeline or amounts on the credit. I thought that most programs were closed already. It seems in your state that the news was a bit late getting out the public about it.The media was too busy talking about Charlie Sheen , I imagine.:whistle:
