Ice cream truck

My Pop baught a soft serve truck. Now one server is good, one is not.I am an HVACer, although I'v never seen the unit, and don't know the common prob's of these systems. He's tried mixes that work in the other side. Also different freezing settings. What should I look for? Any help is appriciated, thanx.
