I am having many customers complaining about their heat pumps this year. I live in southeastern Pa. outside of Phila. I know its has been a cold winter and the electric rates have just gone up but people are upset with there electric bill. I have one customer who watches the stat and complained about the AUX coming on when the room was 68 and the setting was 68. The Honeywell Tech help guy said that is not out of the ordinary. Does anybody else have this complaint? Also, we are finding the usual discharge temp running from 125 degrees to 150 degrees depending on the outside ambiant. Is this typical?
