We have been trying to replace all of our NC devices with NAE and have not been able to talk with the JCI DX9120. Will the DX9120 and NAE communicate with each other? If so, what do you have to do to get it to work.
Thanks!!!!!!!!!

I don't see why you's have a problem as long as you have an NAE with a lon trunk...

We have a LON and N2 trunk on our NAE's. I have tried to do a manual and auto configiration in the NAE and it will not see the DX9120. When configuring for a LON network it asks for a neuron address that I can't seem to find. When hooking to the Johnson N2 bus it will not see the device.

I don't think that a 9120 is a true lon device. Its a Johnsonfied version of lon.
A dx9200 is a fully compliant lon device.

The 9120 was a basterized verison of LON. What they did was wrap the n2 protocal in lon and unwrap it at the other end. You should call JCI support and ask them this question. :)
