We have a brand new customer who lost one tube over last weekend mysteriously. Then this past weekend, another boiler flooded out. They are now down to one boiler and its low water cut-off won't allow it to fill. I just sent a tech down for the first visit since I looked at the first issue last week with the one (singular) blown out tube. Besides low water, what could make a single tube bend, bust and fail and why only one tube? I'm perplexed..
