Dears,
I will appreciated if anybody can help me on finding the possible cause which leads to generating a lot of smoek from the conceled CHW fan coil unit. the motors and electrical connections even the electric heaters checked and found healthy. PLEASE ADVISE THE POSSIBLE REASONS :gah:

if it's concealed---are you certain it's the fan coil making smoke?
i'm curious, how they were determined to be healthy??

Yep, gonna need more info here. Maybe even some pictures. Has this "smoke"
returned? What color was it and how long did it last?

Dears,
the smoke color was white and our electrical team checked everything motors, electric heater, junction box and the related wiring so from where the problem came ????

:ditto:
Sounds like you need to upgrade your "electrical team"
Me personally, If I see or smell smoke, it becomes my top priority and I dont stop looking until I find the source!

Maybe the air was so humid it created like a foggy mist coming off the coil. I've seen it happen in my vehicle air conditioner.

If the set point for the electric heater is too low and it is always running, can this heater if the air is hummid generating this white smoke????
