Project buider Password prompt

We have an N30 SITE
in Procomm and Hyperterminal we get in perfectly with the default User Name:ADMIN
Password: 2468
Project builder with Hvac Pass thru mode dials the site
The user logon window appears
It shows User Name:ADMIN
Password: 2468
I hit OK
It still prompts me for a password
I keep entering 2468
I cannot get in
Finally it hangs up
We do not have another password that I know of

I added the entry in Windows ME Dial up Networking
I entered user name and password
I am using the name of the N30 that I wish to connect to
I did not select auto connect
I first open Project Builder select Load

Hit HVAC Pro Pass through
I see a selection window
Choose the site,
it then dials
Once it answers I get
"verifying username and password'
It then dissconnects
I then see "unable to connect to server"
I selected PPP for the protocol

Ithink the firmware version of the N30
may be different then the one in project buider
Is it possible that the loading can take a very long time because of this

An advanced download of the N30, locally thru your PC will update the firmware of the N30. I typically dial up via hyperterminal, can you connect that way?

Yes I prefer Hyperterminal

I should connect first
Once I establish a connection
then open Project builder
Finaly ,open Hvac Pro Pass thru

From what I recall it can take up to
30 minutes to upload to my computer

Try using JCI as the user name and 2468 as the password when trying to use hvacpro passthrough. If this works you'll have to edit the user name and password fields in sitebook with jci and 2468.On all the N30 jobs I've installed I've had to use the JC1 2468 in sitebook.
