I HAVE ANOTHER VOYAGER PROBLEM, THIS ONE THE UNIT RUNS FINE, BUT THE INDOOR STAT ALWAYS READS 10 DEG OFF, IF YOU WANT IT TO SHUT OFF AT 69 DEG, YOU HAVE TO SET IT AT 59, ANT IDEAS ?

What stat do you have? is it a Trane Baysensor, some stats can be calibrated.

May be off base here....
WE don't have alot of voyager systems here. :)

Anyways..
Double check the transformer input voltage taps.
Make sure the taps are wired for the voltage being
applied to unit.

Seems like I had a prob with stats being out of calibration... go and calibrate only to find it out
of calibration later.
Seems like what I found was the transformers wired wrong.

This was last year, so I may be remembering wrong.
But its worth it to just double check.

I've also had probs with where the stat wires connect.
They get corroded and dont' let the system work properly
due to the additional resistance.

So before you calibrate the stat.
Check transformer setup
and check/clean wiring connections

Try this
Measure OHMs/Volts across LTB-1 & LTB-2 Unplug the J7 plug when doing this on the UPC These are the corresponding temp/ohms/volts

Temp ohms volts
F Rx1K DC+/-5%
50 19.96 3.125
51 19.43 3.105
52 18.92 3.066
53 18.42 3.027
54 17.94 3.008
55 17.47 2.969
56 17.02 2.930
57 16.58 2.910
58 16.15 2.871
59 15.74 2.852
60 15.33 2.813
61 14.94 2.773
62 14.56 2.754
63 14.19 2.715
64 13.83 2.676
65 13.49 2.656
66 13.15 2.617
67 12.82 2.598
68 12.50 2.559
69 12.19 2.520
70 11.89 2.500
71 11.60 2.461
72 11.31 2.441
73 11.03 2.402
74 10.76 2.363

To calibrate
Turn system switch to off, press enter & clear at the same time until you get feild cal icon press + or - until display is the same as room temp, then lock it out so no can mess with it +&- at the same time until lock appears on display

this is a baysens019b zone sense module, there is no clear or enter buttons, there is program, time, day, erase, hold temp, mode, & fan buttons. the zsm is off by aroound 30 deg, i went into calibration opt 17v & tried adjusting there, the range was 35 - 52, it will not calibrate any higher than 52 deg., i can't believe it this far out, but it is, is there something i can do to fix this problem ?, is there a way to set system to factory default on everythiung ?

30 degrees off sounds like celcius, did you check every opt config. maybe you got a bum stat.

Re check your wiring and make sure the stat is for that unit. Otherwise I would replace it. Had bum stats before.
