I am considering switching to a new computer program for our HVAC business. I have looked at "Wintac" and was wondering what others use and like. Any info would be appreciated.
Thank You.

hi Toolboy. We currently use Wintac Pro, older version=7.2a. I looked into updating it recently and the only useful feature we would use in the newer version wasn't worth the cost.
probably going to switch everything over to quick books since we already use that for payroll and tax stuff.
we use Yahoo Calendar for our scheduling. which works on the level that it's free, and our techs can access it on the road from their cell phones, plus management can access it, make changes from home computers as well.
If we were a bigger company or just plain had the $ to spend I would love to have the latest version of Wintac and set it up so we had it on a server, so the techs could access through netbooks on the road. then we would ditch the Yahoo calendar as well as quickbooks because I think Wintac can now handle payroll and taxes .
