quick question probly no the answer ?set points
1 if you increase set point from chws from 44 to 50 what happens in theory
2 if you increase set point from cws from 85 to 73 or from 85 to 90 what happen in theory
3 if you increse set point chwd from 15.0 13. or if you increase it.

1 Chilled water will be 50
2 condenser water will be 73 or 90
3 Chilled water diff press will be 13
What exactly are you asking? Sequence of operation or what? FYI, this has nothing to do with your breaker trip problem!!!!!!!!!

1) on low dewpoint days, you wont dehumidify to under 50 degrees dew, mosrt likely causing the space to be uncomfortable, but chiller amps will drop
2)lowering condenser water temp will cause twoer to use more fan energy, but will caise lower head pressure, and if the chiller can handle it, use less energy. if you raise it, chiller will run higher head pressure and use more energy.
3) changing chilled water differential will effect system performance, but it depends on how you are looking at it. it can allow you to use smaller piping in some applications, but may require more heat transfer area. thats a loaded question.

i know a data center which runs there chw loop at 55*F to increase the sensible cooling

sorry about that that is something completly diffrent..The sequence of operation i spend good amount yesterday i belive that i got the bugs out becouse i did several diffrent excercise would belive every thing went well their had to be bug system thankss

What exactly are u trying to accomplish. Are u trying to save some money by moving these setpoints?

As has been noted, you need to give more information about what you need to get a good reply.
I'll assume that your question is about Energy efficiency implications of adjusting chilled water flow temperature setpoints: Is there a saving?
potentially yes there is a small saving but only at the cost of customer comfort.
Increasing the chilled water flow setpoint will mean that the chilled water will not be as efficient at cooling in your Air Handling Units and Terminal Units, this means that your customers will be finding the room does not control as tightly to setpoint and you will very likely get complaints. (and thats where the saving is, from not cooling the end user, NOT from anywhere else).
Once you have your chilled water at setpoint maintaining it there costs pretty much the same regardless of a few degrees difference in temperature (unless it isn't satisfying the customers cooling demand, then it costs less to cool it back to setpoint but you have upset customers).
