I recently installed a 80,000 btu armstrong furnace in a commercial building. I balanced the system and found that the supply I put in the hallway was too much and made it into a return. I also am running a honeywell commercial tstat with the occupancy setting running so the blower is constantly circulating the air in the building. The complaint is, is that the tstat is reading 78 in the building so its always over satisfied. There is no supply near the tstat or being affected by any heat source. My question is because the building is not that big not sure of sq. ft. but should the fan constantly be recirculating the air so therefore the temp. never has a chance to drop? Otherwise, I am at loss here!
