I'm having problems with replacing a thermostat in an old building. I was told that the heat and cool changeovers are controlled by the building.

I have a TB6575A1000 thermostat but I'm not sure if this is correct because it keeps on reseting after the fan comes on.

Here are pictures of the old thermostat

I was given 5 wires

2 blacks on line (L)
1 red on low motor (1)
1 blue on med motor (2)
1 white on high motor (3)

#6 is attached to HT
#4 is attached to CL
#7 and #5 are looped with copper piece in the diagram.

In my new wiring I made blue my common and eliminated the medium speed and I have no value lead going into thermostat.

Do I have the right thermostat or should I consider another model.

there is like 20 different thermostats for what your tryin to do. your best bet would be to call a company who is familiar with the building or high voltage thermostats. good luck
