Thermostat for Rheem Heat pump

I wanted to get some professionals opinions. I want to put new thermostats in for this house I just bought. I have never had a heat pump before, so I was wondering what kind of digital thermostats do you recommend. I currently have 2- 10 yr. Old Rheem 10 Seer Heat pumps. I have cheap totaline thermostats in now that were original with the home. I was hoping to find something under $100/each. Any suggestions?

Have them served and talk to the contractor about installing some.
