For 3-stories office building, 13200sqft each floor, in West Virginia.

This is the first time I do HVAC design, I have no experience. My supervisor wants to choose single package rooftop gas heating/electric cooling units.
He wants to use 3 units for 3 floors( about 30tons, 20tons, 25tons) , all of them are put on the roof. Do you think this is a proper design scheme?

Also, I can't find on the catalog of BRYANT the pressure(Pa) the supply fan can supply. It only shows the HP.

I really appreciate your advice. Thank you.

You don't have anywhere near enough load information to decide on equipment size yet.
That much square footage will need to be zoned.

Your superior is setting you, himself, and the customer up for problems.

You need some experienced design help.
