i've been battling a 13yr old janitrol packaged unit since x-mas of 04. initial call was for flame roll-out going out, and it did for a reason. middle chamber was completly clogged, i replaced the heat exchanger, everything was fine for about a month, then i was called back for no heat again. this time i found dim going out, replaced it no problem. got called back out a few weeks later for no heat again, damn thing was going out on roll-out again which it was. gas pressures were correct was told to maybe to do away with sh##ty factory venting in fire box and add a short b-vent flue off of top of unit. granted, here in dayton oh we are almost out of heating season, but i don't want a po'd customer. this is a 120,000 5-ton system. any sugesstions????
