Carrier Edge

I have a complete new system 1 1/2 years old all Carrier. Last night it started trying to cut on but after a few seconds the screen on the Edge goes blank. Comes back up with a full screen of all functions then reverts to the normal screen. This happens about every 15 min. I tryed the fan on manul it works fine. But it will not start in auto and no HEAT

It sound like the T-stat is bad? Or isn't programmed correctly.:putergreet:

if the display only goes blank when the system trys to come on i would select a "brownout" condition which basically means that when a component is energized it draws more power than is available and the stat and unit electronics shut down along with that component and the full power returns. that could be the stat, control board, partial power bleed from a wire or any other low voltage component
