Humidifier?

I am looking for 3 humidifiers to install in a 7500sq ft apartment with 14 ft ceilings. These are going on two 4 ton and one 5 ton HPs. Need to have a wireless humidity sensor since I can not get access in ceiling to run wire. Honeywell Prestige T-stat is not an option. Existing thermostats need to stay at customers request. Not sure if this is possible but looking for any ideas. All of this because customers wine room is to dry. So I say how about we look into adding humidity to the wine room cooler. She says no I think the whole apartment needs more humidity. So here I am.
