Currently we have high outdoor dew points with rain.
Check the pictures for confirmation of high outdoor moisture with low indoor %RH. Also we have 70 cfm of fresh air infiltration confirmed by the CO2 635 ppm into a 2,500 sqft home with 2 occupants.
The outside is 74^F, 85%RH while inside 72^F, 44%RH plus 2 adults adding 1 lb. per hour. This totals about 3 lbs. per hour of dehumidification during these conditions. There is no cooling load but the home is dry with a whole house dehumidifier.
We use an Ultra-Aire 90 whole house dehu ducted into the a/c.
Regards TB
