Anybody familiar with a Pico 1760L18AWA PLC. It is in a EnMar MUA unit I was working on today. Will it work with Siemens Apogee system or is it stand alone? Any help is appreciated.

I had one also in an ICE MUA unit. This as far as I could tell was a stand-alone controller which made just basic on/off decisions. In the end when everything was said and done it was ripped out, and the control were connected directly into the unit.

The "PICO" controller is basically a "relay" type programmable controller. Enmar and ICE are the same unit (made in the same plant) branded by territory.
Will not "Talk" to your APOGEE without difficulty.
If the "PICO" has a small LCD screen (can be purchased without) you can re-program it with the supplied keypad.

Pico is not a full PLC, more like a *smart* relay. It is not made to talk to anything except through hard-wire, ie wire output to input or vice-versa.
