depends on the burger and the time of year. cookout burgers need onions but if they are cooked in skillet no onions.

I' like onions but in some restaurants the onions are extra, if you choose to have them, you loose half of your burger and you may end up crying.I' rather eat a whole burger with no onions.

you know, onions are a good thing. they are out to make sure that all burgers taste the same, regardless of the type of environment that the cow was raised in. without onions, all burgers would be less tasty as the onion raises the level of taste for all..........whether or not they were made from good quality beef.

In Texas, we get the 10-20 sweet onions, almost as sweet as an apple. Delicious with anything.
Must have, sliced on a burger, diced on a dog.
